Chief Marketing & Operations Officer [Contract Position]
Chief Marketing & Operations Officer needed for our new lifestyle business designed to support pregnant women and mothers of young children in breakthrough ways. This is so much more than a job. It’s an opportunity to play a meaningful role on the ground floor of a major movement that will positively impact hundreds, thousands, millions??? of women’s lives.
Responsibilities include:
Leading the selection, set-up and/or maintenance of business infrastructure technology (financial software, collaboration platforms, etc.), plus all learning and marketing platforms (currently Kajabi, Mailchimp CRM, Squarespace website, and Google Analytics).
Managing the development and status upkeep of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all repeatable business processes, brand guidelines and any future company policies.
Collaborating with the Founder & CEO on strategic business planning, financial forecasting and P&L management responsibilities.
Collaborating with the Founder, CEO & Master Care Coach on effective social media strategies
Project managing the social media content calendar and working together with the social media / design specialist on its execution, using data-driven insights to make continuous improvements and maximize ROI + ROE (return on effort).
Other duties you are both passionate about and good at are all fair game to be discussed.
Requirements
As the incumbent, you will be a valued business partner to the Founder, CEO & Master Care Coach running the strategic and operational nuts and bolts of the business while she leads the creative direction, business strategy, partnerships and client services. As such, it is imperative that you have a distinct passion for the areas of self-growth, parenting, holistic health, women’s communities, and/or care of others.
Degrees are great but are definitely not required here. Rather we value the right mindset, values-aligned DNA and technical expertise. Here’s what each of those factors looks like for this role and company:
Right mindset – You believe that there is ALWAYS a way and if one doesn’t exist, you will create it either with your own brilliance or in partnership with others. You go all in on things you believe in and you “hard things” kind of oddly excite you. You are able to keep perspective on the hard days and truly allow yourself to feel the gifts of celebration and gratitude on the good ones.
Values-aligned DNA – you relentlessly seek and speak truth in all areas of life, your default vibration is effortlessly supportive, conscious and inspiring (well most days - we all have our “off days”), and your like to have fun while doing exceptional quality work. You are committed to your own personal growth and view work as just one way to apply those continuous learnings for the benefit of yourself and others.
Technical expertise – You have a proven track record of creating positive ROI through relevant marketing strategies and flawless execution. You know the platforms, the players and have a minor (or major) obsession with data. You have the vision to know how the day-to-day small things (like standard operating procedures, operational excellence, and on-brand assets) will ultimately create a sum bigger than their individual parts in the long run. You also might adopt “quality” as your middle name if the Town Hall allowed it (and if it wasn’t super weird).
Rewards·
The opportunity to apply all your skills, passion, and experiences to a truly meaningful, in-demand cause, working side-by-side with one of Industry Era Women’s 2021 Top 10 Leaders.
Fully remote position and flexible schedule designed to accommodate the needs of working mothers or those needing atypical working hours. (As long as the work gets done at a high quality, it doesn’t matter when or where it happens.)
Compensation model and levels to be discussed during the interview process. This is a start-up company and therefore you should be prepared to take on an equitable, but balanced, initial risk vs. long-term reward agreement.
